A few things worth knowing before you order
Made to order
What does "made to order" mean?
Each piece is cut and stitched after you order, not pulled from a shelf. It takes a little longer, but it means the leather, thread, and details are exactly as they should be.
Can I customise colour, leather, or stitching?
Yes, within the options available for that piece. Talk through your piece before ordering and I'll let you know what's possible.
Do I need to contact you before I order?
Not necessarily. Many customers order directly, then we confirm details by email. Others prefer to talk it through first. Both work.
How long does it take?
Usually 1–3 weeks, depending on order volume and material sourcing. If timing matters for you, get in touch first and I'll confirm.
Is there an extra cost for customisation?
Small adjustments are usually included. Larger changes may carry a small additional cost, which I'll always confirm with you first.
What if I want something that isn't listed?
Get in touch. If it's within what I can make well, I'll say so. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
